5. Refund Policy

The Consultation Call (“PointPilot 30-Min Flight Finder Consultation”) is a one-time, 30-minute session where PointPilot provides general guidance on credit card points, loyalty programs, and available flight options. Any flight recommendations are for informational purposes only.

8.2 No Flight Booking Services
PointPilot does not book flights on your behalf. You are solely responsible for completing your own bookings, redemptions, transfers, or purchases.

8.3 No Guarantee of Flight Availability
Award space, flight prices, points transfer times, and seat availability fluctuate constantly and are controlled entirely by airlines and loyalty programs.
PointPilot does not guarantee that:

  • specific seats will be available,

  • a particular redemption or fare will remain available,

  • you will be able to book a flight at a given price,

  • you will achieve the same results shown in examples or testimonials.

8.4 Accuracy of Information Provided by the Client
Recommendations are based solely on the information you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring:

  • your points balances are accurate,

  • your loyalty programs are active,

  • you are eligible to transfer or redeem points,

  • your personal information is correct.

PointPilot is not liable for recommendations that cannot be executed due to inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

8.5 Non-Refundable Payment
All Consultation purchases are non-refundable, including no-shows, late arrivals, or failure to provide required information prior to the call.

8.6 Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time using the provided reschedule link.
Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted.
